This especially applies to the scenario where a design I created is traded to a blacklisted user; as per Toyhou.se's FAQ, I still own the rights to the design and do not forfeit these rights unless otherwise specified. I do not allow design transfers to blacklisted users as both the previous owner and current (blacklisted) owner are responsible for reading and have broken my TOS.
